Last night, living up to its advanced hype, our Landmarks/Land Use Committee met to review the Board of Standards Appeals(BSA) application for 145 Wolcott Street. The meeting lasted over two and a half hours, with participation from the community, its Councilperson, and our Committee. The participation and discussion resulted in a motion to disapprove based on BSA guidelines. If you weren’t able to Zoom in or want to relive it, the meeting is posted on our YouTube channel. The next stop for this application is at our March 10th Full Board meeting.
I usually end with a suggestion to keep reading below my signature, and today is no exception. However, more important than your reading decisions, please take note that as we approach a year since the first documented COVID-19 case in our city, we are at “extremely High Risk” so please stay safe and have a good weekend.
