In under 2 hours, the place to be will be Zoom for our Landmarks/Land Use Committee meeting. As highlighted over the past few weeks, the agenda is to review an application to the Board of Standards and Appeals(BSA) for 145 Wolcott Street. The applicant seeks approval to construct a 15 story mixed-use building. Presuming an up or down committee vote, this item moves to a full board vote on Wednesday, March 10th.  

While 145 Wolcott is today's main focus for CB6, there are, of course, other things worth knowing.
