As always, our community and CB6 members remain civically active, whether in person or remotely. To that point, starting at 7:30 PM, the 76th Precinct’s Community Council, chaired by CB6 public safety chair Jerry Armer, meets via zoom while, also at 7:30 PM, our CB6 environmental protection co-chair, Angelica Ramdhari, will lead a participatory budgeting expo. Participatory budgeting ballots will be open until the 14th, so it’s worth checking out and weighing in.

Besides that, some light reading on the state budget and note that we have our April board meeting a week from today, Wednesday, April 14th. Don’t forget that our Transportation & Public Safety Committee meets next Thursday, April 15th, with the MTA presenting on the 7th Avenue & 9th Street F/G elevator

On that note, keep reading for information, stay safe, get vaccinated and enjoy the rest of your Wednesday.

Best,
