The busy week included an election, a full board meeting that featured a vote to approve the Gowanus Rezoning conditionally and last night's Land Use meeting. At last night's meeting e conditionally approved the Salt Lot ULURP; and, without conditions, approved the rezoning of 506 & 530 3rd Ave. We approved the text amendments for fitness centers & fresh food while disapproving the special hotel permit.
