I hope this email finds you well and cool.  The heat advisory remains in effect, and cooling centers are open. Con Ed is asking that customers try to reduce electricity use and avoid using appliances and set air conditioners to the highest temperature they can comfortably tolerate.

I’ll be very brief and remind you that today, from 4 PM until 10 PM at Brooklyn Borough Hall, the Borough President is holding a hearing on the Gowanus Rezoning will be held online and at Borough Hall. Other things are happening, but I’ll recommend reading on and finding out more since it’s a bit hot for typing.

A final reminder that tomorrow the Borough President’s hearing on the Gowanus Rezoning will be held online and at Borough Hall.
