I’ll be brief but let you know that the Gowanus Rezoning ULURP continues to move along as the City Planning Commission voted to approve it, and it now moves to the City Council.Coincidentally our CB6 Landmarks/Land Use Committee, from which the motion to conditionally approve the rezoning originally came, meets tonight over zoom. The meeting will start at 6:30 with a landmark application on the agenda.
On that note, I’ll stop but remind you that a week from tonight, DOT will present to our Transportation/ Public Safety Committee regarding the BQE and recent changes that have drawn attention well beyond board six boundaries.
