Last night our Landmarks /Land Use Committee met. The agenda consisted of reviewing an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness at 231 Baltic Street, which the committee approved.

Last night our Landmarks /Land Use Committee met. The agenda consisted of reviewing an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness at 231 Baltic Street, which the committee approved. That application’s next step is to be voted on at our October 13th full board meeting. If those three sentences weren’t thrilling enough, you might watch all the action on Youtube.

Looking to the future, but before our October 13th meeting, there’s lots of stuff happening across our community, much of which can be found below my signature. However, before scrolling or stopping entirely, I’ll remind you that this Thursday, September 30th at 6:30 PM over Zoom, our Transportation & Public Safety Committee will meet with a single item on the agenda, and that’s a presentation from DOT about the BQE.
