I know some folks have reached out asking me why they hadn't received any emails from me lately, and the reason is that, while fully vaccinated, I had a breakthrough COVID-19 infection. For that reason, I took a break from the newsletter.

I know some folks have reached out asking me why they hadn't received any emails from me lately, and the reason is that, while fully vaccinated, I had a breakthrough COVID-19 infection. For that reason, I took a break from the newsletter. However, I'm sure it would have been worse if I had not been vaccinated, and for better or worse, a longer break from the newsletter would've been necessary. So, on that note, I'll get back to reminding folks to get vaccinated and boosted ASAP.

I’ll also be brief and suggest you check the items below my email signature. Those items include tonight’s Permits and Licenses Committee meeting, Wednesday’s Alternate Side Parking Suspension, and December's Board Meeting. Stay safe, and for all those celebrating, enjoy the last night of Hannukah.
