The voting agenda consisted of a letter to elected officials regarding the effects resulting from the proliferation of last-mile distribution warehouses and 3 BSA items from one applicant. Those items were all overwhelmingly approved. In addition to those items, we were joined by four newly elected members of the New York City Council; Alexa Aviles, Shahana Hanif, Crystal Hudson, and Lincoln Restler. In addition to our city legislators, we were joined by state lawmakers Senators Brian Kavanagh and Assemblymember Robert Carroll and Donna from Assemblymember Jo Anne Simon's office.

If that summary doesn't cut it, or you want to relive the action, you can watch the meeting here on Youtube. If you're interested in planning our next full board meeting is Wednesday, February 9th at 630 PM over Zoom

On that note, I’ll stop and suggest you check out the happenings and items of interest listed below my email signature, stay safe, get boosted, and enjoy the rest of your Thursday.

Best,
