Despite the sunny day, Covid-19 rates and hospitalizations due to the BA5 variant are a dark cloud rising. However, those rates are lower than the Omicron peak, thanks to vaccination.

Despite the sunny day, Covid-19 rates and hospitalizations due to the BA5 variant are a dark cloud rising. However, those rates are lower than the Omicron peak, thanks to vaccination. So, keep testing and, now that everyone six months old is eligible for a vaccine, make an appointment to get your child vaccinated and yourself boosted by going to vax4nyc.nyc.gov.

Many things are happening throughout the week, and they’re certainly more enjoyable the safer everyone is. Happenings include music in Cobble Hill Park, movies in Brooklyn Bridge & Washington Park movies, a housing fair, and a Congressional Town Hall.
