The heat advisory will remain in effect until at least Sunday night. City pools and beaches are open, and many libraries, senior centers, and community-based organizations will continue to serve as cooling centers. To find specific locations and other options for dealing with this heatwave, go to NYC.gov/beattheheat.

However, even with the heat, a lot is going on in the coming days. That includes movies, open streets, stories, sprinklers, a NYCHA roundtable, a CB6 Landmarks/Land Use meeting, and more. Further information on those items, and others, such as Monkeypox vaccination, can be found further in this email.

I suggest scrolling and reading or clicking them. But, no matter what you do, enjoy the rest of your day.
