One week from now we’ll be starting our first in-person full board meeting since February 2020. It’ll be held at P.S 32 and begin at 6:30 pm. The agenda will focus on two applications to the Landmark Preservation Commission for Certificates of Appropriateness. Both applicants are for locations in the Park Slope Historic District; 60 Montgomery Place & 91 8th Avenue. If you can’t wait until Wednesday to hear more, watch them be approved by our landmarks committee on Youtube

Sticking with meeting agendas, the 9th Street rezoning is on the docket of the City Council Zoning and Franchises subcommittee, which meets tomorrow, Thursday, September 22nd, at 11 am. To find out more, like how to testify, go to council.nyc.gov/. We, along with the City Planning Commission and Borough President Reynoso, have already recommended that the 9th Street rezoning be approved

I’ll stop here and recommend reading past my contact info, where you’ll find some interesting items. Regardless of what you do, enjoy the rest of your Wednesday.

Best,
Mike Racioppo, District Manager
