It's but a few hours until February, and snow's not been seen. So while we wait, I'll highlight some civic activity. 

Last night our Permits & Licenses Committee met, reviewed, and approved liquor licenses for 2 locations; 204 Smith Street and 321 9th Street. 204 Smith will remain a Thai restaurant but change its name from Kor Tor Mor to Thai Town. 321 9th Street will be a Caribean Fusion Restaurant named Stella's.

Both applications are on the agenda for our next full board meeting, begging the question, "When is the next full board meeting?". It's a week from tomorrow, Wednesday, February 8th, at 6:30 PM in a hybrid format, virtually via Zoom, in-person at Van Alen. 

The Full Board meeting, and all our meetings, are open to the public. However, if you'd like to become a member of CB6 or any CB across Brooklyn, the application is open until Valentine's Day.
