Last night Our Landmarks/ Land Use committee met last night and approved a one-story rear yard extension at 149 Baltic Street and DCP’s proposed Carbon Neutrality text amendment. The committee also tabled an application for 152 6th Avenue and heard from HPD regarding the Boerum Hill Rezoning.
On Monday, June 26th, at 6:30 PM, our Permits & Licenses Committee will review two liquor license applications. One is for a Caribbean/Mediterranean restaurant in Gowanus at 236b 6th Street. The other is for an American-style restaurant at 215 Columbia Street in the Columbia Waterfront District. RSVP at bit.ly/626cb6sla.
