I hope March has been good thus far. We enter a weekend and expect rain after a busy week and before another busy week.
I hope March has been good thus far. We enter a weekend and expect rain after a busy week and before another busy week. Two CB6 committees met this week, and another will meet next week.
On Monday, our Permits & Licenses Committee met and recommended approval for five liquor licenses. On Wednesday, our Parks Committee met and recommended approval of the Old Stone House(OSH) plans, which include becoming ADA compliant. You can see the plans for this great cultural institution at bit.ly/CB6OSH228. Looking ahead to this Thursday, March 7th, at 6:30 PM at Van Alen & Zoom, our Landmarks/Land Use committee will meet to review 4 Certificate of Appropriateness (C of A) applications.
All items in the preceding paragraph- liquor licenses, OSH plans, and C of A’s will be on the agenda at our next full board meeting on Wednesday, March 13th. The meeting will be held at the Van Alen Institute and over Zoom, beginning at 6:30 PM.
I’ll stop here and suggest you scroll and read the rest, which includes interesting articles, happenings across this ever-active community, and more.
Whether you read past this point or not, have a good weekend.
