I hope all is well on this snowy February CB6 Full Board Meeting Eve. I've' got a few items to review. 

First, 1 to 4 inches of snow will accumulate by Wednesday morning. DSNY has issued a Winter Operations Advisory; functionally, it's advised to stay off the roads. DSNY salt spreaders will brine the city streets and, later, plow them if more than 2 inches of snow has accumulated. Additionally, Alternate Side Parking is suspended tomorrow, Wednesday, February 12th. 

Second, keeping with the theme that is tomorrow, our Full Board meeting is tomorrow, Wednesday, February 12th, at 6:30 PM. It will be held in a hybrid format: virtually via Zoom and in person at the Van Alen Institute. The agenda has two applications for Landmark Certificates of Appropriateness and four for on-premises liquor licenses. If you have something better to do than attend our meeting but still crave community board content, listen to WNYC's Morning Edition this Thursday, February 13th, as I'm scheduled to be on air discussing community boards, specifically Friday's deadline.

Third, as was the case the last time I typed in this space, considering the weather, now is as good a time as any to take the Cobble Hill AssocAssociation'sTWaterfront Redevelopment survey, read over all the materials the task force has received and other items at bit.ly/bmtcb6cha. If you've already done that, please check back soon, as we'll be adding more materials.
