I mention it because people often assume ASP is suspended the day after Thanksgiving. It usually turns into a banner day for parking summonses. Since we are on the topic of Alternate Side Parking, the 2026 calendar is now available.

Second, the Brooklyn Marine Terminal Scoping environmental review comment period has been extended to March 31. The next scoping meeting is on Monday, in person at Sacred Heart & St Stephen's church from 6:00 PM until 930 PM. I must also thank Senator Gounardes and his team for pushing for and making this extension a reality.

Third, as unanimously approved at last week's CB6 Full Board Meeting, our District Needs Statement is now available to read. I cannot mention it without reiterating what a great job the entire budget committee did, especially Rebecca Kobert and Dillon Shen-Cruz. If you have some time, it is well worth the read. 

Fourth, in my most recent newsletter, some people expressed interest in my breakdown of the election in our district and asked that I share my work as I progress on the larger project. Maybe they were just being polite, but either way, here's a draft of the CB6 portion.
