Among the 59 districts, it has the 43rd largest proportion of nonwhite population, the 5th highest median income, and the 5th most expensive rents. From 2010 to 2024, the district added 19,770 new housing units, 15,141 units of which were market rate and 4,629 units of which were income restricted.
