Among the 59 districts, it has the 29th largest proportion of nonwhite population, the 26th highest median income, and the 14th most expensive rents. From 2010 to 2024, the district added 6,571 new housing units, 5,115 units of which were market rate and 1,448 units of which were income restricted.
