Manhattan Community District 12

Manhattan Community District 12 encompasses Inwood, Washington Heights, and Hudson Heights. Covering 2.9 square miles and home to more than 210,000 residents, it covers the northern end of Manhattan.

The district has large apartment buildings, steep topography, parks, hospitals, schools, commercial corridors, and major transit connections. It is one of Manhattan's most residential community districts.
