1 -As our newly minted Human Services Chair Kathy Park Price mentioned at our board meeting last week, she and the group  Citizen Squirrel  are hosting/we are co-sponsoring a  “Civic Engagement workshop for families with Young Children”  from 4-530 PM next Wednesday at  MS 51.

2 - Bklyner article  from the seemingly tireless Pamela Wong on announcement of  Gowanus Open house . If you don't feel like  clicking  on the article, it is February 6th from 6-8pm at PS 32.

3-  The  Office of Emergency Management has Issued a travel advisory for this evening and tomorrow throughout the day.

4- Alternate side parking rules, and meters, will be in effect tomorrow Friday, January 18 th .
