1 - The  Department of City Planning has released its draft zoning proposal , it will be the focus  one week from today on February 6 at their open house  at  PS 32.

Check out  the proposal here  and,  as I confirmed earlier today, DCP will be presenting to our Land Use Committee on February 28th.

2-  Only 2 more days to register by mail in order to vote in the  February 26th special election for Public Advocate.

Check out the actual ballot here  to see what those who are not registered will miss out on.

3-  As we head into major processes it’s always important to know where you are, where you’ve been and where you’d like to go.

In that sense it’s worth checking out  Comptroller Scott Stringers Neighborhood Economic Profiles . It can help gain a city wide, borough wide and community focused perspective (we are on pages 50 & 51).

4-  As of now alternate side parking and parking meter rules will be in effect tomorrow, January 30th.If that changes, as it sometimes does, I will let you know ASAP.
