As noted yesterday, this week is winter recess, and it’s likely to remain relatively quiet. Even our quiet weeks are eventful, as “Java with Jo Anne” jolt you awake tomorrow morning. It’s from 9 until 10 am; there is no caffeine requirement, but there will be plenty of information to drink in. Assemblymember Simon and her staff always do a great job in these events, especially now over zoom.

Before I say goodbye, I’ll remind you of two CB6 meetings being held next week. EWCDH on Monday, Feb 22, and Land Use on Thursday, Feb 25- both are starting at 630 PM over zoom. There is heightened interest in the land use agenda, which features a BSA application for a 15 story mixed-use building at 145 Wolcott Street in Red Hook. We’ve already got 80 people registered for the meeting.
