On Thursday, June 17th, over Zoom, beginning at 6:30 PM, is our Landmarks/Land Use Committee meeting which will feature a vote on the Gowanus Rezoning. For those interested, here is the current draft resolution that the committee is circulating. After that, whatever the committee ends up saying will be passed on to the full board for a final resolution and vote at our Wednesday, June 23rd Full Board meeting. The process then moves on to the Borough President for his recommendation(s).

The day after the June Full Board meeting, on Thursday, June 24th, we'll hold another Landmarks/Land Use meeting with, two ULURP items. One for the Gowanus CSO tank demapping and another an M2-1 to C4-4A along Third Avenue between 12th and 13th streets.
