Storm Service, Sanitation, Alternate Side

I hope this email finds you enjoying Labor Day weekend. I have three brief points worth your attention.

I hope this email finds you enjoying Labor Day weekend. I have three brief points worth your attention.

First, if you need help dealing with Ida's impacts, such as removing flood water or filing a damage claim, please go to nyc.gov/ida, call 311 or stop by an Ida Recovery  Service Center. The Brooklyn service center is on Sullivan Street(Red Hook) at P.S 15 and is open until 8 PM.

Second, there is a change to sanitation service. TRASH and  RECYCLING WILL BE COLLECTED tomorrow, Labor Day, Monday, September 6th. Residents who normally receive collection may place their material at the curb between 4 p.m. and midnight Sunday evening as they would normally.

Third, a reminder that Alternate Side Parking is suspended through Wednesday, September 8th. Parking meters will remain in effect except for Labor Day, tomorrow, Monday, September 6th.

I’ll stop here and note that there are more resources below my signature.

Best,
