From the looks of it, Halloween, with the vaccination rate rising, seemed one of our more “normal” recent celebrations; “Candy chutes” and memes notwithstanding.

From the looks of it, Halloween, with the vaccination rate rising, seemed one of our more “normal” recent celebrations; “Candy chutes” and memes notwithstanding.  

I’ll be brief and remind you that tomorrow is Election Day. An almost entirely new city government from Mayor to City Council, Comptroller, and Public Advocate is on the ballot. There are also five ballot initiatives that you can learn about here.  Polls will open at 6 am and close at 9 pm, while schools will be closed, and Alternate Side Parking Regulations will be suspended.
