I hope this email finds you well on this previously sunny Tuesday with some snow on the horizon. I’ll be quick with a recap and some reminders.

As previewed in prior newsletters, last night, our Permits & Licenses (P&L) committee met to review two applications for on-premises liquor licenses.  The meeting was chaired by Glenn Kelly, who pinch-hit for Rachel Freeman, and both applications, Cafe Mars at 272 3rd Ave & COOP ONE at 244 Flatbush Avenue, were approved as presented. If looking back doesn’t interest you, look ahead to roughly 48 hours from now when our next committee meeting takes place. To be more specific and not dependent on when you read this, our next committee meeting will be Thursday, January 27th at 6:30 pm with the CB6 Landmarks/ Land Use (LMLU) Committee meeting to review 2 Certificates of Appropriateness applications. One application is at 250 Clinton Street in the Cobble Hill Historic District, and the other is in the Carroll Gardens Historic District at 305 President Street.
