The National Weather Service announced a Winter Storm Watch for NYC starting at 7 PM tomorrow, Friday, January 28th, until 7 pm on Saturday, January 29th. The snow accumulation is expected to be anywhere from 6 to 12 inches, with winds as high as 45 miles per hour. As of now, there haven’t been any changes to sanitation, alternate side parking, or anything else, but if that changes, I’ll be sure to let you know.

But before any snow, we have tonight’s Landmarks / Land Use (LMLU) meeting, which begins at 630pm. So this is the final reminder if you want to be part of the action as LMLU reviews two applications for Certificates of Appropriateness; one at 305 President Street and another at 250 Clinton Street.
