First, as various restrcictions are relaxed,the New York City NYC Health Department has launched a color-coded alert system to simply inform the public about the risk of Covid-19 transmission and risks. We are currently in “Green,” which means there is a low level of community spread. However, if another surge were to occur, the colors would shift from yellow(medium risk), orange(high risk), and red(very high risk. Second, another reminder that our full board meets this coming Wednesday, March 9th, at 6:30 PM over Zoom. The agenda will have votes on four new on-premises liquor license applications, 3 Certificates of Appropriateness applications, 1 ULURP application, and 1 BSA variance.
