Landmarks/ Land Use Meeting Tonight
hope this email finds you well on this twenty-fourth gray day of March. I’m going to focus on two related reminders.
hope this email finds you well on this twenty-fourth gray day of March. I’m going to focus on two related reminders.
First, as noted and noticed, the CB6 Landmarks/Land Use (LMLU) Committee will meet at 6:30 PM tonight on Zoom. There are three items on the agenda. Two are for Certificates of Appropriateness. The other is an application to the Board of Standards of Appeals to demap an unconstructed prolongation of Clinton Street to facilitate the development of a logistics center at 728 Court Street.
Secondly, and tangentially related to the BSA application, is the looming issue of logistic centers (aka last-mile warehouses) which is especially acute in Red Hook. If you’d like to read through our positions on such matters, which span multiple years, click here or go to bit.ly/cb6redhooklmw.
There are other items further down this email and if you’d like me to add something to future newsletters, let me know. No matter what you choose to check out, I wish you the best for the rest of this Thursday.
