First, tonight the CB6 Landmarks/Land(LMLULU) Use Committee meets over Zoom at 6:30 pm. The agenda consists of “LM” with two applications for Certificates of Appropriateness and “LU” with a ULURP application for rezoning and special permit at 9th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenue. Second, the Health Department’s Covid-19 alert system remains at high risk (Orange). So, if you haven’t already, get vaccinated and boosted by going to vax4nyc.nyc.gov.
