First, today is the last day to request an absentee ballot for the upcoming primary elections for Governor, Lieutenant Governor, State Assembly, Judges, & Party Positions. Early voting will begin on Saturday, June 18th, and the final day for voting will be election day, Tuesday, June 28th. Please remember that this is the first of 2 primary elections we’ll have this summer. 

Secondly, there are lots of civic activities happening throughout the week. Those activities include tomorrow’s Borough President ULURP hearing, Wednesday’s Parks Meeting, and Thursday’s Red Hook Coastal Resiliency meeting.
