I hope this email finds you well on this gray Thursday. I have two items to highlight today; one recap and one reminder.

Last night, our Parks Committee met and discussed the possibility of Upper Van Voorhees Park becoming a dog park. You can watch the meeting on our YouTube page, but last night's central plot was that people love dogs. Also, the meeting was led by our Parks Chair Glenn Kelly from France, where it was Thursday already. I don't know anything that could better illustrate dedication to parks in our community.

Secondly, a reminder that tonight, Thursday, June 16th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, the Red Hook Coastal Resiliency Project will host a virtual meeting on their draft design. Register at tinyurl.com/RHCR60.
