I hope this email finds you enjoying a coldish front with the heat advisory lifted. Unfortunately, the city is also experiencing its 6th COVID wave and has more than a quarter of the nation's monkeypox cases.
I hope this email finds you enjoying a coldish front with the heat advisory lifted. Unfortunately, the city is also experiencing its 6th COVID wave and has more than a quarter of the nation's monkeypox cases. For that reason, if needed, make appointments to get vaccinated by going to vax4nyc.nyc.gov/ or vax4nyc.nyc.gov/patient/s/monkeypox.
Also, please note that we have primary elections for the U.S House and State Senate in August. If you aren't registered to vote, you have until Friday to do so, and absentee ballots must be requested by August 8th. Early voting begins August 13th and election day is August 23rd. For more information, go to vote.nyc.
There are interesting items listed lower down the page. Items include tonight's CAG meeting, coffee tomorrow, and Landmarks on Thursday. I'll suggest scrolling to find out more, but regardless, enjoy the rest of your day.
